Order and Pay

Please order your Pocket Wi-Fi from our website online. We accept major credit card companies or PayPal. Once you order your Pocket Wi-Fi, we will send you an email with your order details; please hold onto this email. We usually recommend ordering your Pocket Wi-Fi 3 days in advance, but we are able to do on the spot order in some cases.

Choosing to ship or picking up at the store

We have free 3-Day shipping. However, if you would like to have your Pocket Wi-Fi delivered within 2 days, there will be an additional fee, and this is limited to only within the Tokyo prefecture. We do have counters in Narita airport, Shibuya, Akihabara, Asakusa where it is possible to pick up your Pocket Wi-Fi on the day. If you have chosen to ship your Pocket Wi-Fi, we will send you a email containing the shipping information which you can use to track it here.

*Please make orders on our website before coming to the stores. We cannot make orders at the store. Additionally, we recommend ordering in advance as stock is limited.

Return

We provide a Return Kit with your Pocket Wi-Fi when you receive it. With this you can put everything inside and then put it in a postbox located nationwide in Japan. You can also send these through Lawsons (a convenience store) in Japan, other convenience stores do not allow you to send packages. Additionally, there are postboxes inside airports, so it is possible to send the return kits back inside the airports.

*There are no postboxes after the security checkpoints inside airports so please be careful.

For People who select Airport Shipping:

Please pay attention to the following points and use the reception service at the airport.

  1. There will be a reception service at the post office in each airport. Please confirm the opening time of post office of each airport which is listed below.
  2. We recommend shipping to a hotel or accommodation if the arrival time of your flight is less than 2 hours from the closing time of the post office in the airport. You may not be able to collect it due to immigration procedures and/or delays.

After completing the order we will send you the tracking number of the package. Please present the number and your passport at the post office counter when you come to receive it.

*We are not responsible if a pickup cannot be completed due to delays or immigration procedures.
